Once again the week after Mother’s Day, the Montana State University Billings Foundation hosted for the 23rd year, a week of fine sips and savor at the annual Wine and Food Festival. The event kicked off with a Guest Chef Dinner, featured seven cooking classes in private homes including Jason Wilson’s home cooking class, a hands-on cooking school, a Winemaster Symposium, a tasting under the “Grand Tent” to be finished with a dinner auction for scholarships taking in an unofficial end of night total of $240,000 as announced by auctioneer, Mert Musser. I was lucky enough to attend several delectable events and report on them.
