Born and raised in rural Montana, Kari grew up believing there were only two kinds of cheese: white and orange. She has spent the last twenty years making up for lost time, discovering and delighting in flavors unknown in her youth. A curious mind fuels her desire to travel and investigate how others live (and eat!). Though her current occupation is full-time mama and part-time freelance graphic designer, Kari dreams of becoming an organic hop farmer and playing guitar in a folk band.
