Klee (pronounced Kay Lee) grew up on a dairy farm in upstate New York and is the 10th of 11 children. Her family home was across the road from a large cider mill, where Klee volunteered to jug cider in exchange for free gallons. This is where, as a teenager, she (secretly) taught herself how to wild ferment. Making her way to Montana via a lengthy ski bum stop in Colorado 18 years ago, Klee is a food lover, a self-dubbed "food hoarder", outdoor enthusiast, crossfitter and Paleo eater. She loves to travel near and far and to entertain with sustainably grown/raised/produced food. She lives in Livingston with her two daughters, husband, and a variety of animals.
